No account, no email, no tracking of who you are. Here is exactly what is collected and why.

PropertyDiSHi ("we", "us") provides a free, publicly accessible tool for researching New York City property information. This policy explains what we collect, how advertising works here, and what choices you have.

What we collect

You can use this site without creating an account. There is no registration and no login. We do not ask for your name, your email address, or any other personal detail, and we have no way to identify you.

Our servers automatically record a small amount of technical data, for security and abuse prevention only:

• Your IP address.
• A count of requests made from that address on the current day.

This is used solely to enforce a daily request limit so the service stays available to everyone. It is not used to build a profile of you, it is not sold, and it is not shared. Counters older than a couple of days are discarded.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share the technical data we collect.
• We do not require, request or store any personal information.
• We do not track you across other websites ourselves.

Property information

Search results are drawn from publicly available New York City records. PropertyDiSHi is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency. Information is provided as-is, for informational purposes only, and is not advice — see Terms and the methodology.

Advertising and cookies
